The results of the latest Close Brothers Business Barometer
survey are in, revealing that only 16% of small business owners prefer
face-to-face meetings with clients, suppliers and other contacts because of
time pressures.
Half said they preferred to communicate via email and a
fifth opted for talking over the phone, suggesting that these options are more
time and cost-efficient.
